If you read the book, TRANSFORMATION OF A COMMON MAN, you may remember that the Final Descent points for 2011 given in 1976 by Brian Scott were: The Island of the Sun and Tiahuanaco in Bolivia: Sedona in Arizona: Giza in Egypt: Stonehenge in England: Qumran in Israel (Dead Sea Scrolls): and a large pyramid in China. Over the years, the zone of activation around each site expanded from 200 miles to 500 miles. If people cannot be in that region, they can hold a rock and meditate. If you are in the region, follow your inner directions. Signs may be given.

The given purposes fit the agenda of the Nordics, not the ideas of mankind. Don’t let your imagination run wild. This is their event, primarily and sacred, regarding their end. They wish to share some parts with mankind — but not all. Do not expect craft, or bodies. Their”touch” that is to be given is the “energy of being.”

Here are statements made by Brian and Voltar regarding the Final Descent

33 Things you probably don’t know about The Return

• This is the end of their Play of Life — a genetic death of the Nordics and Grays — the beginning of illumination for mankind. The Nordics are “God’s Other Children.” The Grays have controlled earth for over 12,000 years. Their joint projects with man started around 12,500 B.C. They have made nine major joint descents, each one transforming or creating a major civilization.
• During this final descent, people may receive a “touch” or “energy of the being” in some form that would provide knowledge to help create 1000 years of peace. The final fulfillment is in 14,000 a.d.
• The “touch” would help people go to Nous 2 – mind level 2. and above.
• Young children affected would grow up to reach Nous 2 more easily.
• DNA would be affected.
• Rocks and plants in the region will be activated with an energy to be absorbed thru feet, hands and food. Take off shoes if possible.
• Tikki Viracocha, a god of the Inca, would return to the Island of the Sun in Lake Titicaca and to Tiahuanaco.
• An orange ball of light would be seen by some.
• Some greetings may take place, but are not to be expected.
• Voltar’s people are returning home to die in mass. With their gifts and actions, they seek redemption and forgiveness from mankind for creating human forms jointly with the Grays.
• Tihuanaco was the site of many experiments and origin of life forms. Some died, some were taken away, and many successes remain on earth today. Each had to prove they could survive on their own, without help.
• Nordics have not created humans since 110 B.C. when they split with the Grays over this practice because the Grays did not believe in the human soul. The Grays began to believe that they created man, and that no ‘soul’ was involved. The Nordic’s said that man existed before their experiments, and that God placed a soul in each human. The Grays refused to believe in the human soul.
• Voltar’s people ask that mankind understands, and forgives them. They hope their gifts earn redemption.
• One fact mankind does not know is that DNA in each species seems to lose vitality after 26,000 years.
• Voltar’s people and the Grays are at the end of 26,000 year cycles in their DNA. They are humanoids like us with similar DNA and body types.
• Grays are resisting death and fighting the process with hybrids made from human babies, eggs and sperm.
• Thousands upon thousands of experiments have taken place and been recorded in their system.
• The Nordics are accepting their end and believe that “passing away” in mass is a noble, spiritual tradition.
• Knowledge of both groups is held for mankind within a mutally controlled probe in orbit behind the moon.
• This probe (selene orbital transceiver) was built by both around 12,500 B.C. and is monitored by both.
• All communication with mankind must go thru the probe so that both sides can monitor the other.
• Mankind can have access to the probe at some time after December 24th 2011.
• A Final Descent Probe was activated in 2008 by Brian as Voltar and is related to events of the Final Descent. Brian passed away a month later on January 20th, 2009.
• Since 12,500 B.C. both groups have conducted projects at various locations on the earth to uplift people, create civilizations and build nations.
• The Nordic projects are voted on by their entire population. Probabilities are run moment by moment for both failure and success. Human emotions, free will, and free choice are main factors in every scenario, and decisions are designed to create human transformations to be maintained by the person or culture.
• The Nordic strategy is to uplift one common man, give him knowledge and allow the ripples to gradually uplift the people and culture over centuries.
• The Nordics believe in individual expression and free choice for humans. They marry, have children and play their role as citizens in a true democracy. Each person votes on each issue every day, and on all interactions with man — which they call “The Play of Life.”
• The Grays do not allow self-expression, family names, jewelry, unique clothing, voting or individual freedom. All decisions are made by a few leaders. Brian felt they were cold-hearted and dictatorial compared to the Nordics.
• The Grays see humans as their subjects, as their creations, and do not believe in the human soul. Their projects involve DNA, abductions and babies.
• The Nordics believe that the human soul is from the “Creator” and is sacred and should not be harmed, or dominated.
•  Both groups have jointly negotiated treaties with secret agencies of the US Government. The Nordics have shared technology since the 1940′s that has been kept from average Americans. After Brian’s success in February 1980, the Grays lost power in treaties and agreed to no more abductions without free will and free choice of the humans. Nordics assumed control over some Gray agendas, and some technology was released to the general public. America started “A New Beginning…” which was to last 22 years until the next treaty.
• The Nordics were once just as mankind is today — at Mind Level one. Now, they are at Mind Level 10, in their system. They described the Grays as “negative Nous 9′s”. The Grays have changed tactics after Brian’s success, and may be following Nordic protocols. Both groups are humanoid and about 52,000 years in advance of mankind.
• The Nordic moral and message: Do not forget or ignore the Voice of Common Man as you transform into a Psycho-cybernetic civilization, for the Common Man is the heart and soul of your nation.

Their warning

Forget this message, and you risk civil war, then the conquest of your land by an inferior people who may impose their will, their religion and their tyranny on your children for centuries. The examples are many in history. Look to the Inca, who lost their nation, and to the Romans who still reign today.

America is the focus of the 10th and Final descent which will start a new dawn on December 24th, 2011 A.D.

DETAILS

In the Sedona, Arizona region, Montezuma’s Well and Castle are at the center of the zone. At Tiahuanaco, the Island of the Sun, and Gate of the Sun are main sites from sunrise Dec. 21 – to December 25th.

Several motels are in the Montezuma Castle area. LaPaz Bolivia is the closest airport and city to Tihuanaco. Taxi rides are about 1-2 hours long.

The small town of Puno is best access to Island of the Sun. From LaPaz to Puno is an 8 hour taxi ride. From Cuzco to Puno is an 8 hour train ride that is a great experience.

If you go, plan ahead. Get info and do not plan to drive.

ABOUT THE LOCATIONS

The locations are based on the previous nine descents and projects of the Nordics. Some descents were not successful or did not last into modern times. The named sites are related to their long-term successes.

Over the years, as people carried out projects for Brian, a few other places emerged in South Africa and the Nederlands. We don’t know the exact locations.

For unstated reasons, Giza diminished in importance, and Stonehenge. Tiahuanaco, Sedona, China and Qumran in Israel remain primary along with the sites in South Africa and the Nederlands. They all may continue into the next millenium as activated sites.

Qumran is at north end of the Dead Sea about 14 miles east of Jerusalem.
